How Do I check my online ?
There are two easy ways:
1) - Just go the mydestiny homepage. Click on the webmail link (lower left), and enter your username and password. or
2) Enter: http://mydomain.com/webmail (replacing mydomain.com with your domain address). Be sure to have the 'http://' in the address line but not the 'www'.

Is my email always available online ?
Yes, check your email from any web browser at anytime.
Here are a couple of notes about using your online email accounts. If you're on a public computer, be sure to 'log off' after you're done (so no one else can read your mail).
You can setup your email accounts to be used with Outlook, Outlook Express, or any other mail program. The difference is that once your mail has been checked with a mail program, it has been delivered and you won't see it anymore when you go online to check it.

What information do I need to setup an email account with Outlook, Outlook Express or other mail program ?
Your account name (which is always your full email address): you@yourdomain.com
your assigned password
POP3 email server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP mail server: smtp.yourisp.com
For the SMTP mail server, use your ISP's mail server information. For example: Charter's outgoing mail server is: smtp.charter.net.
Be sure to enable SMTP Authentication in your E-mail client or you may not be able to send mail.
